As your Portland personal trainer you will learn to do vacuums which is you stand up and suck your stomach in as hard as you can for 30-60 seconds doing about 3-4 sets, resting about 30 seconds in between sets. Do this everyday will help you get a tighter looking stomach and tighter looking hips.
