As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn the Starfish crunch. So lie on your back with hand and legs in an X position. Bring one arm straight up and diagonally across your body while lifting the opposite leg. Finish the Starfish by touching your shin or foot and alternating back and forth for about 10-20 reps on each side doing 3-6 sets.
