To do the gator walk you:

  1. Get in a pushup position

  2. Then lower your elbows by keeping them in

  3. Then start walking on your hands in that position like a moving plank.

This targets your triceps and also some shoulders as a secondary mover. I often utilize this workout at in home training sessions with clients.
