The Gator Walk
Trammell's Health & Fitness Tips - Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Training Tips to Keep you Healthy and Motivated
To do the gator walk you:
- Get in a pushup position
- Then lower your elbows by keeping them in
- Then start walking on your hands in that position like a moving plank.
This targets your triceps and also some shoulders as a secondary mover. I often utilize this workout at in home training sessions with clients.
