As your Portland Personal Trainer, you will learn the exercise called the crouching tiger which involves the quads, abs and lower back. In a pushup position with feet fairly wide apart just lean back bending your legs back and then extend back coming forward to the starting position working your abs, quads and lower back. Do like 3-6 sets with 30-90 second rest in between sets doing about 12-20 reps!
