Using nettles, dandelion, ginger, holy basil, and peppermint are great options for herbal teas for losing weight. So here is a great way to make a hot or iced teas.

  • Take 1/2 cup loose tea and add 8 cups water in a sauce pan.
  • Bring water to boil, and then turn off heat allow to simmer.
  • Pour water through a fine mesh strainer into a 2 quart sized large glass sized pitcher.

Drink warm or hot tea, or store in the refrigerator and drink as iced tea.
