HOW TO GET A LACTIC ACID BUILD UP IN YOUR MUSCLES

As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn this right away if you are interested in putting on muscle or weight loss.

  • When you do the same exercises and do the same routine all the time your muscles dont get sore very much anymore and that is because of muscle memory. So what you need to do is shock your muscles by doing different exercises that work on the same muscles.
  • Instead of resting 1 minutes make it a 30 second rest, instead of doing 1 exercise at a time do super sets or tri- sets as in do 2 exercises to 3 exercises in a row doing the same muscles or opposing muscles before your rest for 30-60 seconds.
  • Instead of doing 4 sets do 5-6 sets. Instead of doing a Bear crawl down and back, do Bear Crawl down and back twice!

These are very simple and useful ways to shock your muscles for more gains and getting that lactic acid buildup in your muscles!
