THE INCHWORM PUSH-UP

As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn the inchworm push-up. So in a standing position with feet apart crawl all the way out and do a push-up and in the push-up position crawl all the way back in back to the standing position and repeat 10-20 times resting 20-90 seconds depending on fitness level. Do about 3-6 sets.
