Ground Step Ups

As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn and do ground step ups.
So you are on your knees with knees apart sitting straight up and either with your body weight or dumbells at your side
Step up with right leg and then left leg and then back down with right leg and then left leg and repeat.
It works your glutes and quads and do like 3-6 sets 20-90 second rest in between sets with 12-20 reps
Also for heavy 3-4 sets with 3-4 minute rest in between.
