A recent study looked at GPLC to determine its effects on boosting NO levels. Results indicate that supplementing with 3 grams of GPLC per day for 8 weeks elevates NO/nitric oxide levels. Take 3-4.5 grams of GPLC 30-60 minutes before workouts to boost NO/nitric oxide levels and blood flow to your muscles.
