With the bunny hop you want to be down in a deep squat position with your hands on your head, you'll then jump out of the deep squat position as high as you can, hopping from one end to another end.
This, of course, works your quadriceps and will enhance your squat exercise big time! Do 3-6 sets, resting between 20-90 seconds in between sets, depending on your fitness level.
To really challenge yourself do this exercise with a weighted vest. Enjoy the bunny hop for major gains and make sure to do not do this exercise with bad bad knees.
