If you want to achieve a healthy body weight, eat what people with healthy body weights eat for breakfast like fruit, dairy but lactose free, cold cereal /granola, bread, eggs hot cereal and coffee.

Only 4 percent of the healthy body weight individuals skip breakfast. So if you go the cold cereal route, look for something thats low in sugar and high in fiber. The same goes for hot cereal, as many flavored oatmeals are loaded with sugar.

With bread, opt for wholesome varieties such a s 100 percent whole wheat, rye and sourdough.

Have your coffee as black as possible, with no sugar and minimal cream.

Choose protein rich eggs, which have been shown to decrease cravings later in the day.
