The endomorph is physically really strong and very big boned. Endomorphs tend to put on fat and muscle mass really easily.

As an endomorph one has the ability to put on a lot of size through weight training.

Endomorphs tend to have a higher fat to muscle ratio and must place emphasis on cardiovascular exercise to maintain or reach a healthy body weight.

The bad traits for endomorphs are that they have a hard, hard time losing weight and must follow a good nutrition program.

The good traits are endomorphs are naturally strong and put on muscle really easily.
