Barbell Bent Over Row

Grab a straight bar with feet apart and bent over almost parallel with your torso and keep your elbows in, keeping your back straight bringing the bar all the way down with a full range of motion and then pulling all the way back up flexing and squeezing the Latissimus Dorsi in your upper back. Going heavy resting 3-4 minutes with a rep range of 6-10 reps with 3-4 sets and going light do 5-6 sets doing 12-20 reps resting between 20-90 seconds.
