As well exercise prevents and combats heart disease, and other health conditions as well such as diabetes and colon cancer. Being active also helps build and maintains healthy bones, muscles and joints. Exercise also helps out with back pain.

Exercise will change your life! I must say that having a lot of money will give you a lot of financial freedom to do all the things you want in life,but does not guarantee you happiness like exercising does. So get out their and start exercising for your personal benefit in life!
