  1. MORNING APPETITE SUPPRESSANT - Place oils in an aromatic diffuser or mix in a roller ball with one ounce of carrier oil, such as Sweet Apricot, for on the spot treatment. 16 drops grapefruit, essential oil, 10 drops lemon essential oil, drops peppermint essential oil
  2. MIDDAY MUNCHIES MIST - Blend these spicy essential oils in 4 ounces of sweet orange Hydrosol or distilled water to use as a room spray or body mist. Avoid eyes and mouth. 24 drops cinnamon essential oil, 16 drops fennel essential oil 24 drops ginger essential oil.
  3. LATE NIGHT SNACKERS BLEND - In a glass jar, blend your essential oils with 1-2 ounces hydrating jojoba oil, known to mimic the skins sebum layer. Massage for 5-10 minutes on solar plexus, chest, and stomach in a circular motion, breathing deeply. 9 drops bergamot essential oil, 4-6 drops neroli essential oil, 9 drops lavender oil.
