TIP- ROUND THE WORLD EXERCISE FOR SHOULDERS-
As you Portland Personal Trainer you will learn about the round the world exercise which isolates your shoulders in a circular motion.
So grab a dumbell or plate of a weight that you can handle standing straight with elbows straight out holding the weight across from your head.
Then start to go around the head with the plate, turning the plate as you go all around to the starting position with the plate in front of you across your head.
Do this about 3-6 sets with about 20-90 second rest in between sets with 12-20 reps.
