OVER THE KNEE CRUNCH-
Trammell's Health & Fitness Tips - Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Training Tips to Keep you Healthy and Motivated
As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn this new ab exercise called the over the knee crunch. Lie on your back with knees bent and bring a dumbell or medicine ball over your head past your knees touching your toes for that crunch then go back to the starting position and repeat about 10-20 reps resting about 10-30 seconds doing 3-6 sets.
