Trammell's Health & Fitness Tips - Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Training Tips to Keep you Healthy and Motivated
Grass drills are used by football coaches and conditioning coaches all over the USA. What you do is:
- You run in place as fast as you can for about 20-60 seconds
- Then drop and do 10-20 pushups
- Then right back up running again repeating 3-6 sets.
I often utilize this exercise at in home training sessions; it is very intense and will get your heart rate up and will get a really good lactic acid build up in your chest muscles!
