Simply get in a pushup position with your legs out wide in a V stance and simply from the ground with your dumb bells go down and do a pushup then pull on the right side then pushup and then pull on the left side and repeat for 12-20 reps per side resting 30-90 seconds between each set doing 3-6 sets.
